I am sure that you and other agents often deal with people moving to the area and not living here in the valley - so they are doing the transaction long distance. It was all perfectly managed. I think the only bumps I ran into were when I didn't read Kelly's instructions carefully! Even so, this purchase was flawless. The extra information you gave me allowed me to quickly get my utilities and services started - that was very helpful and I basically did it all in one afternoon. When I mentioned I needed help with the boxing, the next time I show up I have boxes! It seems almost a little bit unreal, and that the whole process should be a lot more stressful and panicky.
